Director of Marketing Operations, L.A. Properties
Felicia Goodison is the Director of Marketing Operations, overseeing marketing and branding initiatives for the Greater Los Angeles Region, including the 375-unit property at1600 VINE at Hollywood & Vine, the 449-unit Wilshire Vermont Station property, and assisting with the large-scale marketing events for the 266 units at Metropolitan Lofts in Downtown Los Angeles. Mrs. Goodison’s focus is the strategic marketing of the communities’ powerful branding and positioning with engaging internal messaging for Resident Retention and distinctive external advertising for Klein Financial Corporations’ unique blend of community outreach programs and events. Felicia leads the onsite marketing implementation, carefully crafting content and managing the various sales technology, while monitoring and analyzing sales and consumer reports.
Mrs. Goodison’s real estate career began with Mark-Taylor Residential as a Leasing Director and a leader in the company’s mentorship program. Promoted to the corporate office, Felicia assisted with the branding and seasonal marketing campaigns for the management portfolio, consisting of 45 properties located in the Phoenix, Seattle and Portland markets.
Mrs. Goodison earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication from Pittsburg State University, specializing in Public Relations and Advertising. Felicia has been an active member of the American Advertising Federation and was named the AAF-KC ad2 2011 Volunteer of the Year.
Most recently, Felicia managed the Groups Sales Marketing for Kansas City Starlight Theatre, a not-for-profit organization and venue that supports arts education and community enrichment. Personal highlights include hosting a Girl Scout Cinderella Night for more than 2,000 scouts and family members, developing a free Broadway day-camp for more than 200 local children and the creation of the Starlight Children’s Theatre educational field trip program at the Kansas City Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts.
