Chad Lewis
Senior Vice President of Development and Senior Housing

Chad Lewis is the Senior Vice President of Development and Senior Housing for Klein Financial Corporation, a real estate investment, development and consulting firm specializing in tax-exempt bond multifamily residential development. Mr. Lewis is involved with project and asset management of the Company’s two real estate investment funds with approximately $1 billion in property value and its 450 senior housing units. He also serves as a member of the Company’s Capital Improvement Committee.

Mr. Lewis has over 25 years of experience in operations management, asset management, capital raising, marketing and development. Prior to joining Klein Financial Corporation, Mr. Lewis was the founder and CEO of Eldr Media, a digital media company and print magazine for the active senior demographic. His company was featured in Business Week, ABC World News and the NY Times and received multiple national awards. Prior to that, Mr. Lewis was a founding principal at AgeSong Senior Housing, a real estate development and management company serving the senior housing industry. AgeSong won the American Society on Aging – National Award for Excellence in the Field of Aging.

Mr. Lewis currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Hollywood Partnership, which oversees the Hollywood Entertainment and the Sunset & Vine Business Improvement District in Los Angeles. He is a member of the Nominating Committee and previously served as Chair of the Board, Vice Chair and a member of the board’s Executive Committee. He studied Communications at Queen’s University in Kingston, Canada, received a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Investment from Harvard University and is an alumnus of the Publishing for Professionals Program at Stanford University. Mr. Lewis and his family live in Ross, CA, where he serves on the Ross School Foundation board as its Vice President and supports the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF).
